INSTRUCTIONS

CIRCUMF AT BASE: wrap the paper ruler around the penis as close to the scrotum as possible.

CIRCUMF BEHIND HEAD: wrap the paper ruler around the penis just before ridge of the head of the penis.

CJRCUMF AROUND HEAD: wrap the paper ruler around the penis at its largest part.

LENGTH OF ERECT PENIS: place the paper ruler on top of the erect penis and (top) measure from stomach end to tip of penis.
